More Than Enough

More Than Enough
(Jacob R. McGowen)

[1st Verse]
To trust You, it is truly an adventure
A blessing found in serving You with praise
To see You demands eyes that are not mortal
That’s why I need to seek You every day

[Chorus]
But to know that I am treasured and so loved
By You who made all of Creation
That is alone more than enough
For to know that I can always trust you Lord
And know You reign over the nations
That is alone more than enough

[2nd Verse]
To stand within the place of pure surrender
Can be a fear-inducing kind of thing
Yet, whenever I rest in you, my Redeemer
I’m able to rejoice, to praise, and sing!

[2nd Chorus]
And to know that I am treasured and so loved
By You who made all of Creation
That is alone more than enough
For to know that I can always trust you Lord
And know You reign over the nations
That is alone more than enough

[Bridge]
You are my source of life
You never fail, You never change
You keep me from all bondage
Found in madness and its pain
You will never forsake me
You reign over everything
Please use me for Your glory and Your fame
As daily I lift up a shout of praise

[Outro]
And remember I am treasured and so loved
And praise You through the hills and valleys
And know You’ll always be enough
And follow You, oh Jesus, with my whole heart
And know the work You started in me
You will complete when my life is done

  1. Cuz, I love reading your words. You have a beautiful insight into Gods works. Thanks for sharing. Some how I had lost connection with your blog. I hope to be more involved again. It truly blesses me.
